This workshop is designed for both newer and ‘veteran’ parents of individuals with autism, and will cover techniques that will enable you to better support your kids at home. Some examples include ways to:

  • Increase adaptive behaviors
  • Decrease maladaptive behaviors
  • Teach appropriate communication and social skills
  • Foster improved relationships with extended family members
  • Confidently approach community outings

Also, we will be introducing our new web-based family support services!!!!!!!

  • Accessing parent training information via Allegro website
  • Accessing the new family support forum, with a presentation by Dave Taylor, the head of our Technology Department.

Parent training is open to all Allegro families. Refreshments will be served.
