Testimonials
Since beginning at Allegro, my child is able to talk now, and we are able to bring him out without any major meltdowns. Programs such as A.R.S and Food Services have been the most benefical for my child. Allegro has provided many at-home visits. We have been able to take suggestions and use those at home. This school has been a life saver!

Jamie has made improvements in organizational and cooking skills while benefiting the most from job sites at the Marriot, UPS and Cooper Mill. Allegro's collaboration with our home program has helped to achieve goals at home. We are very happy that Allegro is honing in on his assets with school events such as the Annual Spring Talent Show.

Megan has been much happier and calmer since attending Allegro. Everyone there makes her feel special and valued.
All of the programs are beneficial to Megan's learning and development, but the Life Skills programs like going shopping at Walmart and Costco teach her many things, like giving the right amount of money, getting correct change and interacting with salespeople. By feeling valued at home and at school, Megan is much happier overall. She is more communicative, helpful and calmer at home. This has been the absolute best placement for Megan in all of her 18+ years of attending school. She has attended a lot of schools, and Allegro has, by far, taught her the most and made her feel worthy in the short amount of time that she has attended. Thank you so much for allowing my daughter to attend your fine program. We can see that she is thriving there! –Ian & Helaine Spitzer, Parents |
My child, Perry Caldora, is 18 years old. He has been attending Allegro since he was three. There have been so many improvements in Perry's life there are just too many to explain.
He has become a very independent, verbal, happy individual. Every day we see an improvement in Perry's demeanor and ability to take on tasks. Every program and/or job site that Perry has been exposed to and Allegro has to offer has been extremely beneficial in rounding out the type of person that he is. Allegro has helped Perry to achieve many goals at home. He has chores that he does at home that he enjoys doing. He is extremely independent at home; sometimes more independent than his older siblings. My overall feelings about the school is that the teachers and faculty are very caring and take the time to teach the children. I absolutely love Allegro and would recommend the school to anyone.
